Explore the quiet balance of the equinox with this 7-minute channeled guided meditation by Tabytha Polaris, accompanied by original music tuned to 432 Hz.

Inspired by the equal light and darkness of the equinox, the meditation invites you to slow down, connect with nature and reflect on balance, neutrality and tranquility.

Through gentle narration and visualization, Tabytha guides you into a peaceful inner space while an atmospheric soundscape of voice, crystal sound bowl, RAV Vast drum and keyboards supports the experience.

Listen during the spring or autumn equinox, or anytime you want to pause, reconnect with nature and create a moment of calm and reflection.
