How long will my digital products ( Mp3's, Courses ect. ) be available for?

Once you've purchased a product, it will always remain in your Library so you can access it, or download it (if applicable) at your convenience.

How do I log into the website to see the products I purchased?

On the top right of the website you will see a link that says log in. 

How do I download an mp3 file to my computer?

When you are logged into the website in your account you can view My Products. Select the product and download the file to your downloads folder on your computer or where ever you have directed your computer to save your files.

Where do I find my zoom link for private sessions, events and courses?

Once you book a session, you can find the zoom meeting link in your confirmation & reminder emails, as well as in the Members Area.

How do I view, cancel or reschedule a private service or mentoring session?

Log into your Members Area by clicking Log In at the top right of the website. Then navigate to My Bookings. Here you can view past and upcoming bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a cancel or reschedule option.

How do eGift cards work?

eGift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email with a note from you. To redeem the card, the recipient visits this website to select items to purchase. During the payment, they click Redeem a gift card and enter their unique gift card code. Any left over amount after making a purchase can be used in future purchases. No expiration date. eGift cards can be used for all products and services, however cannot be applied for product subscriptions. Please purchase an eGift Card as a single transaction, it cannot be combined with other products in the cart and purchased together.

How do I open a zip file on my computer?

When To Open Zip File after downloading to your computer, Mac: double click on the Zip file to open or PC: press and hold (or right click) and select extract all.
