Refunds

Digital Goods and Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods and/or online courses.

 

Services Virtual and In Person: Due to the time and energy spent during the exchange, we do not refund private sessions.

Virtual Live Stream Events: You can contact us prior to the start time of the event and receive a full refund if you can't attend. Please email Tabytha using the contact form on our website.

Returns

Physical Goods: We are happy to exchange any defective merchandise or apparel from the Tabytha Polaris Shop within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any merchandise or apparel from the Tabytha Polaris Shop within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations

Private Sessions: Please use the scheduler to reschedule or cancel your private session at least 24 hours in advance of your start time. 

Events and Retreats: 

 

1-3 Day Workshops/Retreats:  Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of event will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be refunded.

 

4+ Day Retreats: Unfortunately, due to the limited number of spots and expenses related to these longer form retreats (4 days or longer), we are not able to offer refunds once a spot has been purchased.

Delivery

Digital Goods: Digital materials are delivered immediately and are always available to stream or download from your members area of this site. Simply log in to view all purchases.

Memberships: Members will have access to all products as long as they are an active member.

Courses: Customers will receive access to all materials upon the agreed launch date of a live class or the video library of any mini pre recorded classes. 

Privacy

Hands In Harmony Inc. / Tabytha Polaris does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
