Service Description

Experience a personalized sound bath meditation. We set an intention to personalize your body's healing and transformation. I guide you through a short guided meditation followed by a traditional sound bath. A variety of unique healing instruments, vocal toning, specific sound frequencies and rhythms are used to create a deep state of relaxation enabling your body to heal. You relax in the comfort of your own home and participate in active listening while being open to receive. I suggest using headphones / earbuds to experience the healing frequencies and find a quiet space with a warm blanket.
